CONSIDERING BANKRUPTCY?

November 1st, 2012

Are creditors calling you every day? Are you afraid to answer the telephone? Call me, I can stop those calls.

Please call for a free consultation and I will help you find the solution that is right for you. Sometimes your financial problem can be solved with actions you can take without paying attorney fees.

If you are considering bankruptcy, it is important for you to consult an attorney. Only an attorney can give you legal advice and recommend what is best for you. Bankruptcy preparers and paralegals are not permitted, nor do they have the training, to give legal advice.

Some attorneys charge outrageous fees upwards of $2500 for simple bankruptcies. I charge much less and my fee is based both on the complexity of the case and your ability to pay. I have a small practice with low overhead so I can do your bankruptcy for a modest fee. $100 will start your case.

Beware of attorneys who do not put your fees in their trust account until the bankruptcy is filed. Some attorneys have a no refund policy if circumstances change. I never charge you the full amount if your bankruptcy is not filed. I charge only for the time spent and refund the remainder.
